Discovery Developmental Center 2005

Tree Fort

Our friends at Discovery Developmental Center received a $10,000 grant from Home Depot to finish their north play yard. We were honored to be asked to build the new tree forts for this area and volunteered our labor to make this dream a reality. Ross Construction built the Discovery Developmental Center in 2005.

Lead Certified

Ross Construction is a Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) EPA certified firm. Two of our staff have taken the certified Lead Renovator course from Montana State University. The EPA requires this course work for all contractors that disturb painted surfaces.

If your home or commercial facility was built prior to 1978, there is a possibility paint or other surfaces could contain lead. We can test for lead. If we perform work at your site and your site has tested positive for lead, we will use lead safe practices in any renovation that we would perform.

Robert Helder of Robert W. Ross Building Contractor Inc. of Kalispell was awarded the Montana Building Industry Association 2010 President’s Award at the association’s recent state convention in Kalispell. The award recognizes Helder’s dedicated leadership and assistance in promoting the association and its efforts to protect Montanans’ opportunity to fulfill the American dream of home ownership. Helder is co-owner of Robert W. Ross Building Contractor.
